Bill has honed his craft for over 30 years. While working as an officer and navigator in the Merchant Marines, he turned to woodworking to fill time between ships. Armed with a degree in physics, he has an innate understanding of three dimensional ergonomics.  

 

With these skills, he co-founded Keats & Waugh in 1984.  To put it quite simply, Bill has a mastery for understanding the way things work.  

 

For many years he serviced the New York metro area from his shop in Jersey City. He moved  to Bethlehem 11 years ago where he continues to service clients in New York, as well as Philadelphia, New Jersey and the Lehigh Valley.
